Becoming less sensitive

While I was in Tel Aviv last week I went to the Carmel Market to get some fruit and vegetables. There was a stall with really fresh strawberries and everybody was crowded around. I waited my turn but was being pushed back.

So I said quite loudly to the sales person “Can’t you see that I’ve been waiting for a while”? He said “Yes dear, right away” and served me next. I wasn’t upset. I just ‘went with the flow’, knowing that this is what open markets are like in Israel.
